Sugar
2
stick
Butter
2
tbsp
Ghee
1/2
Carnation milk
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the flour, butter and ghee (We are adding ghee to our recipe as it makes it softer)
Add your sugar and mix together
Next add the carnation milk and continue kneading to form a stiff dough
Rest dough for 1/2 hour.
Roll with a rolling pin about 1/2 inch thick.
Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut into diamond shapes.
Heat oil in a pan on the stove.
Fry until golden brown.
Pour the paag (sugar coating) and stir to coat.
Notes
To make the paag for the Mithai.
In a pot, add 1 cup of water and 3 cups of white sugar with a small cinamon stick
Boil until you reach a one string consistency. (See video if needed)
