One of my all time favourite Guyanese pastry is none other than the famous PINE TARTS. Growing up in a West Indian home, my mom has always made these fresh. Don’t ever compare these to your local Asian store version. They take a little more time to make but I promise , these are worth taking the time and will leave you wanting more.
